Biography
Gina has 30 years of experience across the software delivery lifecycle, including 13 years in the legal sector. Her work spans business analysis, requirements definition, process mapping, data analysis, testing and training.
At the London Court of International Arbitration she supported the implementation of the LexisNexis VisualFiles case management system, mapping arbitration workflows and providing testing, user support and training. In law firms she has contributed to finance, practice management and document management transformations.
Her specialist knowledge includes arbitration case management workflows, Elite 3E finance systems, NetDocuments, SharePoint, MS SQL Server and structured UAT management.
